Ages U8 - U10 $375
Ages U11 - U15 $395
Ages U16 - U17 $425
Empire Cup Elite Divisions
Ages U8 - U10 $375
Ages U11 - U12 $425
Ages U13 - U15 $475
Applications received after May 1, 2010 will be placed on a waiting list.
Registration fees are non refundable.
