Webster Soccer Association is currently offering an online registration system for all our player registrations. This system represents a major step forward in streamlining our player registration and team formation process, and it also provides the following benefits to our members:

• You can save yourself and the association time and energy for each player when registering online, whereas paper registrations cause increased manual processing.
• Using the online registration system you will get an immediate confirmation by e-mail that your registration has been processed
• When a registration is received late and a player is placed on the waiting list, you can check back to find out if the player has been taken off the waiting list and assigned to a team.
• E-mail is an important means of communication.  Our club members will receive periodic updates from WSA, as well as communication from their team manager and coach.  It is essential that we have everyone’s e-mail address.
• The WSA registration system is a secure site.  We do not share any information you provide us with any third parties (except NYSW and league officials are provided player’s name, address and date of birth).  At times, club sponsors will provide offers to our members.  These offers will be distributed through WSA and sponsors will not be given WSA member’s contact information.
• Our on line registration system allows WSA members to have access for early sign up for WSA sponsored programs:  Travel, Micro, Player Development Program (PDP), WSA Recreational Soccer, academies and camps.
• If any personal contact information changes (phone, address, e-mail), you can update your household data on your own at any time.

I understand that fees paid to WSA are not refundable under any circumstances. I also understand if fees are not paid when due, my child will not be able to participate in any WSA program until my account is paid in full.
